from candy to inflatable legs...

While I’m feeling some major FOMO about not being at the opening of the Venice Biennale, I still saw so much great work this week from my corner of the internet! Here are the five artists who stopped me mid-scroll in the past seven days: Simone Post (candy chandeliers… in Venice!) / Chris Bogia (yarn and lacquer on wood) / Grace Gillespie (multi-layered lino cut prints) / Angela Burson (acrylic on linen) … and, there was absolutely no way I could possibly scroll past Ann Slavit’s “Della (Street), 1978” (Inflatable legs hanging over the edge of the Museum of Contemporary Craftsmen, New York).

Speaking of shining a light on historical artwork, Ann’s inflatable legs have inspired me to add a new feature to my Tuesday deliveries… “Time-machine Tuesday”!
