So. Much. FUN! These paper sculptures are the work of Dutch artist Vera van Wolferen. Yes, I said paper. Here’s a glimpse into a few of her passions and dreams:
[Vera’s'] passion is crafting intricate miniature sculptures out of watercolor paper and building interactive worlds … It’s her dream to conquer windowsills and mantelpieces worldwide with an ever expanding paper universe… seeing every DIY-kit as a portal out of the ordinary into a world of make believe.
That’s right… you can make them too! Find all of her DIY kits right here, and follow Vera on Instagram at @veravanwolferen. *Bio photo by Mia Tengco.
There are so many amazing people within the art community who want to help the people of Ukraine… Enter Art4Ukraine hosted by theprintspace, London:
“The aim of the project is to raise money to help refugees from Ukraine to find safety, shelter, food and medical assistance. We also hope the images serve as a reminder of the beauty and diversity of the Ukrainian people, culture and land. [Until March 16th], all works are for sale as A4 archival photo prints, for £100 each, including global postage. All profits will be split between Choose Love and War Child, to help with their vital work in Ukraine. The sale ends at 10pm on Wednesday 16th March.”
The images above are just a few of my favorites, but there are so many more! Find all of the available prints right here.
